Please download and save the following ZIP file. These are required to set up the interface between OPERA and hotelkit Housekeeping, please follow the instructions to configure the reports accordingly.

With the reservations the guest name will be imported to hotelkit. If you don’t want to transmit the guest name to hotelkit please reach out to your hotelkit installer contact.
